(More customer reviews)I purchased a calling card from Spoofcard and I could not get my PIN to work. Customer service was HORRIBLE to deal with. After contacting them four times, someone finally responded and said they didn't knwo why my PIN was not working but they got it to work finally. Then, I realized that every month, the company would take 10% of my minutes away from me. I called and they told me that they attrition minutes away each month to entice customers to hurry up and use their minutes. I said screw it. I have since used a company named Itellas and had absolutely no problems at all. Itellas has better customer support, better pricing, and a better product. No matter which company you choose, I would NOT use SpoofCard.
