(More customer reviews)Everything turned out fine. It has been over a month now, and so far so good. It was for an upgrade from 802.11g to 802.11n for my laptop Wi-Fi. The signal strength has been boosted from 25-54 mbps to 118-135 mbps (one floor down away from the router with the basement door closed).
If I am to nitpick for something, it will be its structural design. It could've been better. Unplugged and apart from the laptop, it looks pretty and nice by itself. But when it's plugged in, it assumes a look of unstableness and vulnerability. I had to attach a small flat eraser to the bottom side to make it less vulnerable to any accdental downward impact. Otherwise, this is a good, reliable piece of gadget.
I am happy enough to recommend it.
