(More customer reviews)This was the second product that I bought from Smarthome over time that did not work. Technical service was courteous enough but couldn't help me. Customer service could not process my credit card to do a cross-product replacement (where they send a replacement, charge your card and then cancel the charge when they receive the defective item back). Now mind you this was the same card that I bought the item through Amazon on and card issuer said that there was nothing wrong with the card. They use some third-party black box system to process credit cards and could not override it. I spent way too much time trying to work this out.
Long (bad) story made short - they finally issued me a return shipping label to return the item. I have not received my credit back on my card yet but am hoping that they won't screw that up also.
