(More customer reviews)The cameras are cheap, unless you like just seeing shapes there's no way of identifying subjects. There's no reset to factory settings. The DVR allows for setting the video to higher resolution in which case you'll get a "FREQUENCY OUT OF RANGE" error. There's no way to reset to factory default settings, (since you can't see the menu). Tech support was unable to help due to the poor design of the DVR. I'm kicking myself for buying. I would not recommend this to anyone....
