Inside it has 4 compartments where you can put lenses, flashes, pocket wizards and come with two big pouches that can handle the professional lenses 70-200mm 2.8 and 24-70mm 2.8
It also has a shoulder strap and a belt strap so it has 2 points of support to feel comfortable.
