I thought it would be a good thing to protect my reader, and while it's a great product and well made, the ereader comes with a perfectly good (neoprene?) sleeve. So I felt it was kind of a waste of money, but with the sleeve I can easily fit it in the pocket of my scrubs without it being obvious. So that's pretty much just a personal preference.
If you're looking for style, this is great. (Plus it is pretty good for throwing it around in a big purse!)
If you just want something to protect your reader, the reader already has a sleeve, so it's kind of pointless.
