(More customer reviews)This unit worked fine for several months. Now that it's inexplicably stopped working, however, I can't seem to contact the company to get it fixed! They don't answer e-mails, they don't answer their phone, their technical support forum is down.
Because of the neglect and frustation I have suffered over trying to get this fixed, I cannot recommend this product. I will not be purchasing a Ugate router in the future.
